Our gravity die casting production line with manual and automatic two functions , it is continuous pouring( 24hours/day)
robot pouring 14 sets gravity casting machines, the cycletime is about 5-8 minutes( can adjustable), just need 1-2 workers to operate .it is for aluminum or copper or brass product pouring .

1. Robot (kawasaki /kuka), one unit .
2. Rotary production line ( round , Diameter 10M or 8M)
3. Gravity casting machine quantity : 14sets (PLC control)
4. Electric control cabinet , Siemens PLC control system + our own control system.
