Gravity casting machine  Process Overview: 
 
1. Preparation: The mold is prepared by coating it with a release agent to facilitate easy removal of the cast part. The mold halves are then clamped together.
 
2. Melting:The metal is melted in the furnace and brought to the desired temperature.
 
3. Pouring: The molten metal is transferred using the ladle and poured into the mold cavity through the gating system. The flow of metal is controlled to minimize turbulence and avoid defects.
 
4. Solidification:The metal cools and solidifies within the mold, taking the shape of the cavity.
 
5. Ejection:Once the metal has solidified, the mold is opened, and the cast part is ejected. Any excess material, such as the sprue and runners, is removed.
 
6. Finishing: The cast part may undergo additional finishing processes such as trimming, machining, or surface treatment to achieve the final specifications.

Lead time : 15-30 days after receive the deposite by T/T ( for single gravity casting machine) ,  90days for production line .

Payment term :  50% deposite by T/T,   50% paid before delivery   
 
Installation :
For single gravity casting machine, we can teach how to install it by video or phone.

For gravity casting  production line,  once the equipment reach customer's factory, we will arrange the workers to customer's company to install,test ,training .
