1. Robotic gravity casting production line ( such as above photos)
Characteristics:
14 stations, 10meter diameter turntable , one robot pouring, every 5-8minutes one circle(can according to product cooling time to set ),One robot can pouring different weight products, can come true artificial pick up or robot pick up, can according to customers' need to make( come true unmanned automation ) , one -two workers is enough.
2.Robotic gravity casting unit
Characteristics:
It have four stations or six stations pouring unit , one robot pouring, can pouring product with sand core,We have our own robot pouring copyrights software system, which we have gotten the patent and software writing Certification. such as below photos :

Payment term :
50% deposite by T/T, 45% paid before delivery , 5% paid after install the equipment in customer's factory.
Delivery time :
90days for production line, 35days for single machine( such as gravity casting machine,PU foam machine)
Installation :
Once the equipment reach customer's factory, we will arrange the workers to customer's company to install,test ,training .
FAQ:
1. Are you manufacturer ?
Yes, we are. we accept customized !
2.How are about the delivery time?
It is about 90days after receive deposite by T/T for production line, 15-30days for other machines( such as gravity casting machine,hydraulic power unit..... )
3. How about payment term ?
it is 50% deposite, balance 50% paid before delivery.
4. How to install the equipment ?
For the production line, after the goods reach you, we will arrange engineers and other workers ( it is about 3 persons) to customer's factory to install , test, trainning, and try production ( customer need to load all these workers fee)
For single machine, we will provide install video .
5. How about the warranty Period?
It is one year for main components ( such as motor, solenoid valve,PLC, oil cylinder..), for other consumables , we will prepare spare parts( such as sealing rings..)
6. After sale service
We have engineers and provide intime answer for customers need. If need we deal with in customer's factory, we can do ,too
